Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders will be dispatched same day or day after  (before 1pm excluding weekends)

Please allow 1-5 days for New Zealand deliveries and 7-12 days for international deliveries.

Orders are dispatched between normal working hours (9am-5pm). Any orders placed on weekends or New Zealand public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

In some cases there may be delays with postage. This may be due to external factors and STYLEFUNK can not be held accountable for these delays. Furthermore cancellations will not be accepted should a delivery be late.

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email. It is important to hold on to a copy of your receipt should you have any problems with your purchase or wish to exchange your purchase.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original sale-able condition, with all tags attached. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via tracked post.

Duty / Tax

It is important to note that some destination countries may apply a duty tax upon arrival. This charge will not be payable by STYLEFUNK and will be the responsibly of you.

Refunds

You will be credited via your original payment method within five working days upon return of the items.

Please note: We do not refund original shipping costs.
